KSG Leagues collects information needed to operate competitions and related services. We do not treat team registration documents, private contact information or account information as public merely because a team participates in a public competition.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by KSG Leagues through the KSG Leagues website, accounts, team and league registration, rosters, competition operations, staff-role applications, partnership applications, disciplinary administration, communications and related digital services.
Separate privacy notices may apply when KSG uses a third-party venue, payment service, broadcast platform or other independently controlled service.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication and verification information, profile details, account status, administrative permissions and communications associated with an account.
Team and organization information
We may collect team names, legal or organizational information, team ownership or authorization information, logos, websites, locations, colors, registration records, insurance evidence, certificates, permits and documents submitted to verify a team or organization.
Player and participant information
Depending on the competition, we may process player or participant names, preferred names, team affiliation, role or position, jersey number, date of birth, nationality, photo, registration number, eligibility information, lineup information, match statistics, disciplinary information and limited contact information needed for administration. Public competition pages are designed to expose approved public sporting information rather than private player contact information.

We process league entries, schedules, fixtures, venues, lineups, scores, match events, statistics, standings, disciplinary cases, sanctions, fines, appeals, awards and other records necessary to administer competition.
Staff, contractor and opportunity information
If you apply to work with KSG, we may collect your selected roles, languages, location, travel radius, desired rate, experience, portfolio information, certifications and availability.
Partnership and commercial inquiry information
If you submit a partnership or sponsorship proposal, we may collect organization details, contact information, website information, partnership type, areas of interest and proposed value or contribution.
Technical and usage information
When you use the Site, servers and security systems may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser and device information, requested pages, referring information, session identifiers, security events, error logs and related technical data. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from users and authorized team representatives, from administrators and competition officials, from participants and guardians where applicable, from event and match operations, and from service providers that support the Services. We may also receive information from public sources where reasonably necessary for competition verification or reporting.
4. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
- review team, league, staff and partnership applications;
- verify authority, eligibility, registration documents and insurance;
- administer schedules, rosters, matches, statistics, standings and awards;
- manage disciplinary cases, appeals, fines and competition integrity;
- operate event staffing, assignments, communications and logistics;
- provide public sports coverage and approved competition information;
- protect users, venues, systems and KSG from fraud, abuse, security incidents and unlawful activity;
- maintain legal, contractual, accounting and operational records;
- respond to requests, disputes, claims and legal obligations; and
- improve the reliability and usability of the Services.
5. Public competition information
Sports competitions are inherently public-facing. KSG may publish information such as approved team names and logos, public participant names, lineups, positions, jersey numbers, scores, match events, statistics, standings, disciplinary outcomes and event photography or video where permitted by law and applicable consent.
Private email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, insurance documents, identity documents and other restricted registration materials are not intended to be published merely because a person or team participates in a KSG competition.
6. When we share information
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:
- hosting, storage, email, security, communications and other service providers acting for KSG;
- venues, officials, sanctioning bodies, insurers or event providers where information is necessary to administer participation, safety or coverage;
- KSG Network and other authorized media providers for approved public competition coverage, using information appropriate for publication;
- professional advisers such as legal, accounting, insurance or risk-management providers;
- law enforcement, courts, regulators or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety; and
- a successor organization in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of relevant operations, subject to applicable law.
KSG Leagues does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not currently operate the Site as a behavioral advertising network or intentionally share personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising.
7. Children and minors
KSG competition rosters may include minors, but account creation, team contracting and organizational submissions are intended for adults and authorized representatives unless KSG expressly provides a guardian-supported process.
If KSG knowingly collects personal information online directly from a child under 13 in circumstances covered by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), KSG will provide required notices and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using or disclosing that information unless an exception applies. Teams must not use a child’s account or falsify age information to bypass an adult or guardian process.
Parents and legal guardians may contact KSG through the official contact channel associated with the relevant account, team or competition to ask about personal information concerning their child.
8. Sensitive and uploaded documents
Registration and eligibility workflows may include documents containing sensitive information. Teams and users should submit only information KSG requests and should avoid unnecessary personal information in uploaded documents. KSG limits access to restricted documents to personnel and service providers who reasonably need the information for review, administration, safety, legal or compliance purposes.
9. Security
KSG uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting access to their email account and devices used for KSG authentication.
If KSG determines that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, KSG will provide required notices in accordance with those legal requirements.
10. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including active participation, application review, competition records, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer reasonably required, KSG may delete, de-identify or archive it as permitted by law.
Public historical competition records such as scores, standings and statistics may be retained for archival and sporting-history purposes even after an account becomes inactive, subject to applicable law.
11. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a copy of certain information, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision.
Privacy requests should be submitted through the official KSG contact channel identified in your account, application correspondence or other official KSG Leagues communication. KSG may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. A team representative cannot automatically exercise an individual player’s privacy rights unless legally authorized to do so.
KSG will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
12. Team responsibilities for personal information
Teams must collect, use and submit participant information lawfully and only for legitimate team and competition purposes. A team is responsible for obtaining consents and permissions it is legally required to obtain before submitting player, guardian, staff or other third-party information to KSG.
Teams should restrict access to KSG account and roster tools to authorized contacts and promptly remove access when a person no longer needs it.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
KSG uses cookies and related browser technologies for session management, authentication, security and site operation. The current public Site does not intentionally deploy behavioral advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details and browser choices.
14. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including broadcasters, venues or external providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies when they independently control personal information.
15. Changes to this Policy
KSG may update this Privacy Policy as Services, legal requirements or data practices change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the Site or account experience.
16. Questions
Questions or privacy requests may be directed through the official KSG Leagues contact channel associated with your account, application, team or other KSG correspondence. Keep your account email and team contact details current so KSG can verify and respond to requests.
